Yes. To publish for you, the bot needs admin rights with permission to send messages — that is a couple of seconds in the channel settings.

No. The Premium is needed by the bot, not the reader: animated emoji in channels work for bots that hold an extra username from Fragment. PostBot has one, so every subscriber sees the emoji in the post.

Sign-in goes through Telegram, without passwords: the app receives signed data from it and verifies the signature. The bot touches only what publishing needs, and only in your channels. The details are in the privacy policy.

The bot and the Studio app both speak 45 languages and pick up your Telegram language automatically. The translations are machine-made and have not been proofread by native speakers. For Arabic, Hebrew, Persian and Urdu the text is translated, but the interface is not mirrored right to left yet.
