These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the PostBot Telegram bot, the PostBot “Studio” Mini App and related functions and services (collectively, “PostBot” or the “Service”).
PostBot is operated by G MEDIA PARTNERS EUROPE d.o.o., Starine Novaka 23, Beograd, Republika Srbija (“G Media”, the “Operator”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using PostBot, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of the Terms
By opening PostBot, using the Mini App, connecting a Telegram channel, using free or paid functionality, or making a purchase through PostBot, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to comply with these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use PostBot.
Your use of Telegram is also subject to the applicable Telegram terms, policies and rules.
Eligibility
PostBot is intended for users who are at least 13 years old or any higher minimum age required by Telegram or applicable law in the user's country.
If you use PostBot on behalf of a company, organisation, team or another person, you represent that you have authority to act on their behalf.
Availability of particular functionality may depend on country, Telegram version, device, technical limitations, legal requirements or third-party provider restrictions.
About PostBot
PostBot is a G Media service for creating, managing and publishing content to Telegram channels.
Core PostBot functionality is offered free of charge. Certain features and increased limits may require Premium, Telegram Stars, AI credits or other terms expressly identified in the interface.
PostBot may provide functionality including:
- posts containing text, photos, video, GIFs, voice messages, video messages, documents, audio, stickers, polls and albums;
- publishing to one or multiple Telegram channels;
- scheduled and recurring publications;
- recurring publications with AI-generated variations;
- time-zone and quiet-hours settings;
- automatic mirroring;
- watermarks, signatures and channel footers;
- reaction buttons and interaction statistics;
- link-click tracking;
- giveaways;
- paid publications using Telegram Stars;
- inline posting;
- drafts, templates, favourites and calendar functionality;
- collaboration, roles, permissions and audit logs;
- channel analytics;
- AI Studio for text, images, video, audio and other supported formats;
- Premium features and paid credit packages.
The availability, limits and specifications of features may change.
Relationship With Telegram
PostBot operates using Telegram infrastructure, including the Telegram Bot API, Telegram Mini Apps and Telegram Stars.
PostBot is an independent G Media product and is not a Telegram product. Unless expressly stated otherwise, use of PostBot does not imply any partnership, sponsorship or endorsement by Telegram.
PostBot functionality may depend on Telegram availability and policies. Changes to Telegram APIs, account or channel restrictions, removal of bot permissions, outages or discontinuation of Telegram functionality may affect PostBot.
Authentication and Security
Access to PostBot is provided through Telegram.
PostBot does not use separate user passwords. Mini App authentication uses Telegram Mini App initData, verification of its authenticity and a signed server-side session.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your Telegram account, active Telegram sessions and devices.
If you identify unauthorised access, you should secure your Telegram account and contact PostBot support where appropriate.
Connecting Telegram Channels
By connecting a Telegram channel to PostBot, you represent that you have the rights and authority required to manage the channel and grant the relevant permissions to PostBot.
You are responsible for controlling permissions granted to PostBot and members of your team.
G Media is not responsible for consequences caused by removal or modification of bot permissions, actions of other administrators, transfer of channel ownership, deletion or suspension of a channel, restrictions on a Telegram account or changes to Telegram APIs or policies.
Team Collaboration
An owner or authorised administrator may grant other users access through PostBot roles and permissions.
The person granting access is responsible for assigning appropriate permissions.
PostBot may maintain an audit log recording the user performing an action, the time of the action and relevant changes.
Audit logs may be used for collaboration functionality, security, auditing, diagnostics and dispute resolution.
User Responsibilities
When using PostBot, you must:
- comply with applicable law;
- comply with Telegram rules;
- use only content and information you are authorised to use;
- respect intellectual property, privacy and other third-party rights;
- review publications before posting;
- ensure the legality of giveaways, advertisements, paid content and other activities you conduct;
- provide any notices, obtain consents or establish other legal bases required for your activities; and
- avoid imposing an unlawful or excessive burden on PostBot or Telegram infrastructure.
You are responsible for content, commands and settings submitted through your account.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use PostBot to violate law or third-party rights; send spam; engage in fraud, phishing or deception; distribute malware; obtain unauthorised access; distribute unlawful content; exploit minors; facilitate unlawful goods or services; unlawfully disclose personal information; circumvent technical restrictions; manipulate views, reactions, clicks, referrals, participants or giveaway results; abuse Telegram Stars, Premium, AI credits, refunds, promotional codes or referrals; or interfere with the security or normal operation of the Service.
We may implement reasonable technical measures to prevent abuse.
User Content
You retain the rights you hold in content created, uploaded or published through PostBot.
You grant G Media a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to technically process, store, reproduce, transform, transmit and publish your content only to the extent necessary to provide the PostBot functionality you request.
This includes transmitting relevant content to Telegram and other providers required to perform the selected function.
You represent that you have all necessary rights and permissions relating to materials you provide, including images, video, music, voice recordings, trademarks and third-party personal data.
AI Studio
Some PostBot functionality uses third-party artificial intelligence models.
Depending on the selected feature, necessary materials may be transmitted to OpenAI, DeepSeek, OpenRouter and models accessible through it, Google Gemini, Anthropic Claude, xAI, Leonardo.ai, Kling AI, ElevenLabs and other providers identified in the Privacy Policy.
Materials may include prompts, images, video, audio, reference materials and technical generation parameters.
By initiating an AI function, you instruct PostBot to process the necessary materials to perform your request.
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, unpredictable or resemble existing materials. You are responsible for reviewing output before using or publishing it.
G Media does not guarantee that AI output will be unique or that exclusive intellectual property rights will arise in that output.
Where you enable automatic publication with AI-generated variations, individual variations may be published without prior manual review.
Scheduled and Automated Publishing
PostBot may automatically publish content according to settings selected by the user.
We use reasonable efforts to execute tasks at the requested time but do not guarantee publication at an exact second or uninterrupted, error-free delivery.
Failures or delays may result from Telegram APIs, network infrastructure, channel restrictions, permission changes, third-party services or other circumstances.
PostBot should not be used as the sole communication mechanism for matters involving life, health, safety or critical legal deadlines.
Analytics
PostBot may provide statistics concerning subscribers, publications, views, reactions, clicks, audience growth or decline, giveaway participation and other metrics.
Information may originate from Telegram, publicly accessible Telegram pages, PostBot functionality and connected technical services.
Analytics are provided for informational purposes. G Media does not guarantee absolute completeness, uninterrupted availability, real-time updates or exact correspondence with Telegram statistics.
Giveaways
PostBot provides technical tools for giveaways but does not become the organiser merely by providing those tools.
The organiser is responsible for applicable rules, legality, age and geographic restrictions, advertising and consumer requirements, winner selection, delivery of prizes, taxes and obligations to participants.
Paid Publications and Monetisation
PostBot may provide technical tools for paid content and other Telegram-supported monetisation functionality.
Availability and rules concerning Telegram Stars, rewards and withdrawals depend on Telegram and relevant third-party services.
G Media does not guarantee any particular value of Stars, reward amount, conversion rate, withdrawal availability or payment timing.
Payments and Refunds
Purchases in PostBot are processed using Telegram Stars infrastructure.
G Media does not receive or store users' payment card details.
PostBot may retain information necessary to account for a purchase, including payment ID, amount, purchase type, status, payer Telegram ID, transaction time, subscription information and allocated credits.
For digital goods and services:
- properly supplied purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law;
- cancellation of a subscription generally does not result in a prorated refund for an already paid period;
- users may contact PostBot support if a purchased product was not delivered or another legitimate payment issue arises;
- where a refund is justified and technically available, PostBot may return the relevant Telegram Stars using Telegram mechanisms.
PostBot handles requests concerning purchases made from PostBot. Users may contact PostBot support at @postbot_support.
The purchase of Telegram Stars themselves from Telegram or an application store is subject to the terms of the relevant provider.
Nothing in this section restricts mandatory consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by the separate PostBot Privacy Policy.
Certain information may be processed by G Media, Telegram and necessary service providers to provide the functionality selected by you as described in that Policy.
Data Deletion
Users can use:
Settings → Data → Delete PostBot Data.
This function deletes the user and operational information identified in the interface, including relevant drafts, scheduled and failed posts, notifications and related records.
Posts already published to Telegram channels remain in Telegram and are managed through Telegram.
The current deletion function does not itself automatically physically delete the core technical PostBot account record.
Users may separately request deletion of personal data by contacting [email protected]. Following verification, information will be deleted or irreversibly de-identified to the extent required by applicable law, except information G Media is permitted or required to retain for purposes such as payment accounting, security, legal compliance or legal claims.
PostBot Intellectual Property
Rights in PostBot software, interface, design, structure, documentation, trademarks, logos and other Service elements, excluding User Content and third-party materials, belong to G Media or the relevant rights holders.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable and non-transferable right to use PostBot in accordance with these Terms.
Without appropriate permission, you may not copy or distribute substantial parts of PostBot, attempt to obtain source code except where expressly permitted by law, circumvent technical protections, or use G Media or PostBot branding in a manner that falsely suggests an official partnership or endorsement.
Changes to the Service
We may add, modify or discontinue functionality, limits, plans, integrations and technical implementations.
Changes may result from product development, legal requirements, security considerations, changes to Telegram, discontinuation of third-party services or technical and economic circumstances.
Where a change materially affects a paid service already purchased by a user, we will take measures required by applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The date of the current version is displayed at the beginning of this document.
We may notify users of material changes through PostBot, Telegram, an official channel or another reasonable method.
Where applicable law requires separate consent to a change, continued use of PostBot alone will not replace that consent.
Suspension and Termination
You may stop using PostBot at any time.
We may restrict or terminate access to the Service or particular functionality where we reasonably believe these Terms, applicable law or Telegram rules have been violated; fraud or abuse is occurring; a security risk exists; action is required to protect G Media, Telegram, users or third parties; action is required by a competent authority; or continued provision has become technically or legally impossible.
Where termination of a paid service is unrelated to user misconduct and affects paid but undelivered services, statutory remedies remain available.
Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostBot is provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, absence of delays, permanent availability of any feature, continued availability of any integration, absolute accuracy of analytics, accuracy or uniqueness of AI output, compatibility with every Telegram version or device, or suitability for a user's particular commercial expectations.
Nothing in this section limits warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, G Media is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profits, audience, reputation, data, revenue or business opportunities.
G Media is also not responsible for consequences directly caused by Telegram actions or outages, actions of administrators or team members, User Content, AI output, third-party services, incorrect user configuration, removal of bot permissions, suspension of Telegram accounts or channels, or circumstances outside G Media's reasonable control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, G Media's aggregate liability relating to PostBot is limited to the greater of:
(a) the total amount actually paid by the user for PostBot during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) EUR 100.
These limitations do not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable cases involving death or personal injury, fraud, wilful misconduct, gross negligence or other mandatory statutory liability.
Third-Party Claims
Where you use PostBot in the course of a business or professional activity, to the maximum extent permitted by law you remain responsible for justified third-party claims directly resulting from unlawful content submitted by you, infringement of third-party rights, an unlawful giveaway or promotion organised by you, use of PostBot without the required authority, or a material breach of these Terms.
This section does not apply to consumers to the extent prohibited by applicable law.
Force Majeure
G Media is not liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including major Telegram or infrastructure failures, network outages, cyberattacks, governmental action, war, civil unrest, natural disasters, fire, epidemics, power failures, sanctions or discontinuation of a critical provider.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Before commencing court proceedings, the parties should make a reasonable attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiations. Users may contact [email protected].
Unresolved disputes are subject to the competent courts of Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, except where mandatory applicable law entitles the user to bring proceedings in another jurisdiction.
For consumers, this choice of law and jurisdiction does not deprive them of mandatory consumer protections that cannot contractually be waived.
Miscellaneous
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Failure by G Media to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver.
Users may not assign their rights or obligations under these Terms without G Media's consent unless applicable law provides otherwise.
G Media may transfer these Terms to an affiliate or successor in connection with a reorganisation, merger, transfer of business or similar transaction, subject to preservation of mandatory user rights.
